Eric Major has more than 20 years of experience in the spinal device industry, having most recently served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of K2M. Eric co-founded K2M in 2004 and was a member of the Board of Directors for 14 years. Prior to K2M, he co-founded and was President and Chief Executive Officer of American OsteoMedix Corporation (AOM), a minimally invasive spinal device company that was acquired in 2001 by Interpore Cross International, a Zimmer Biomet company. Following the sale of AOM, Eric became President of the Minimally Invasive Division for Interpore Cross International, a position which he held until 2002. He has held numerous sales, marketing, strategy, and product development roles with various spinal device companies including Acromed Spine and Synthes Spine—now Johnson & Johnson companies.
Eric received the 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Emerging Technologies in Greater Washington, D.C.. He is a member of the AdvaMed CEO Advisory Council and sits on the Board of Directors of the Medical Device Manufacturers Association. He serves on the Loudoun Small Business Development Center Board of Directors, as well as the Board of Trustees for the Westmoreland Davis Foundation. Eric holds a BA degree from James Madison University (JMU) and is a member of the JMU College of Business Executive Advisory Council.
Nick Corcoran serves as Director, Division Operations for Good Quality Operations (GQO). For Stryker, he has held various roles across countries, including Ireland. He was previously with Waters Technology Corporation and Intel Corporation. Nick holds an MBA degree from University College Dublin.
Lorien Gallo has served as Vice President of Human Resources of Stryker’s Spine Division since 2017. She has extensive experience in organizational and leadership development, talent management, talent acquisition and employee engagement. Lorien was previously Senior Director and Integration Project Lead for Stryker’s Orthopaedics Group. Lorien graduated with a BS in Psychology from James Madison University.
Gianluca Iasci is Vice President of Global Sales and Strategic Growth for the European region and has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Most recently, Gianluca served as K2M’s Chief Commercialization Officer. Prior to K2M, he was AGA Medical’s Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He spent 12 years with Johnson & Johnson in various European sales and marketing positions and has held global leadership roles at Guidance and St. Jude.
Guillaume Joseph is Vice President and General Manager of Spine Europe. He has held various sales and marketing roles at Stryker since 2003. Guillaume has worked in Orthopaedics as General Manager France, and General Manager of Spine CMF and Biotech for Southern Europe. Prior to Stryker, Guillaume was Business Unit Director for Trauma at Smith & Nephew and a Sales Representative with LDR. Guillaume hold a degree from the Business School of Economics in Ecole des Cadres, Paris.
Oonagh Lahiff has been with Stryker in a variety of roles for nine years. In 2013, she joined its Spine Division, and over the last year, has led the RAQA group as Director, Quality Affairs and Regulatory Affairs. Oonagh previously held positions with Pfizer, Boston Scientific, IVAX Pharmaceuticals, and Trinity Biotech. She holds a BA and MS in Biotechnology and an Advanced Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology.
Lane Major has more than 15 years of experience in the spinal device industry. He has been with K2M since its inception in 2004. Lane was most recently K2M’s Chief Operating Officer, a position he held following his role as K2M’s Chief Strategic Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Product Development. Lane is a former spine specialist at Stryker and currently a member of the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA) Spine Working Group Panel. He holds a dual BA in Business Administration Marketing and Computer Information Systems from James Madison University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
John Mayor has been with Stryker for more than 15 years, most recently as Vice President of Sales for North America. John began his career at Stryker in its Endoscopy Division as a sales representative. He has worked across Stryker’s various business groups, including Sports Medicine and Laparoscopy, and has held leadership roles in both sales and marketing. He received his BA in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Luke Miller has over 12 years of experience in the spinal device industry and served most recently as K2M’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Luke holds a BA in Healthcare Administration from James Madison University and a JD with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law.
Mike Rubino serves as Vice President, Finance and has held various positions at Stryker over the last 11 years. Prior to Stryker, Mike was Vice President, Finance and Operations Munzing North America. He holds a BA in Accounting from Montclair State University and MBA from Seton Hall University.
Laura Teschner has been with K2M since 2006 where she led all aspects of human resources including company policies and practices, planning, direction and activities, talent acquisition and development, total rewards, benefits and compensation, employee relations, as well as diversity and inclusion. Laura holds a BA from Virginia Tech and MBA from Marymount University.
Roy Ward has more than 20 years of experience in the medical technology industry. He has been with K2M since 2007 where he served as Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region, and before that as a General Manager and Vice President of CCM Partners, one of K2M’s first sales agencies. Roy holds a BA in Chemistry from Purdue University and MBA from the University of Phoenix.
